Since 2007, Aceites Lis has been producing only extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in La Almunia de Doña Godina, Aragón. The mill works exclusively with local olives, processed within hours of harvest, ensuring purity and maximum quality. All oils are ecological, free from chemical treatments, and kosher certified.
Their range includes approachable EVOOs for daily use as well as refined, limited editions such as GoldLis, a carefully crafted blend of 80% Arbequina and 20% Arbosana olives.
